Wapello Warbler is really Chris Hinkle, pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church and the network administrator for the State Bank of Wapello. He is an active member of the local Kiwanis club and serves on the Louisa County Board of Health. He didn’t grow up in Louisa County, but is continually amazed by how much there is to do and see 25 miles from the nearest stoplight.
